8th Annual Athletic Meet on 7th March, 2023

IKGPTU Hoshiarpur Campus organized its 8th Annual Athletic Meet on 7th March, 2023. The event started with Flag Hosting ceremony. This Year both traditional games (like kabbadi) and Olympics games were organised by the campus. Dr.S.K. Mishra, Registrar IKGPTU was the chief guest of the programme. Dr. S.K. Mishra congratulated the students and wished them best of luck for their bright future in his address. Dr. S.K. Mishra announced that special emphasis will be laid upon overall development of the campus and campus placements of the students. He awarded certificates to the brilliant students of the campus. Dr Gaurav Bhargava, Dean Student Welfare, IKGPTU kapurthala was the Guest of Honour of the event. He also appreciated the students and boosts their morals. During the event Ms Rachna Kaur, Principal PT.JR Govt Polytechnic College and Dr. Ashish Arora Director, IKGPTU Hoshiarpur Campus was also present during the event.

FAREWELL 2022

A farewell Party function was organised for the outgoing batch of IKG Punjab Technical University, Hoshiarpur campus on 21-06-2022. It was one of the most anticipated moments for the 3rd/ fourth-year students as the faculty, staff and the juniors all got together to give them a formal send-off. Excitement was writ large on everyone’s faces, and the students had a gala time with their mentors and juniors.

6th Annual Sports Meet was held on 5 April 2019

On the 5th of April, I.K.G Punjab Technical University Hoshiarpur Campus hosted its 6th Annual Sports Meet, A day filled with fervor and excitement experienced amidst thrills, shrills and cheers. The chief guest for the day was Dr. N P Singh, Dean IKGPTU Jalandhar. The day started off with the lovely rendition by the choir to pay salutations to the Lord Almighty. The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by the Sports captain. An energizing equestrian display set the tone for the rest of the event. The overall trophy was awarded to the Computer Science & Engineering Department.

Maximum participation ()Boys & Girls) from Civil, Mechanical and Computer Science Engg. were there. The match was played between CE-4th & ME-4th, CE-6th & ME-6th. Both the teams Played well. Final match was played between winning teams i.e CE-4th & CE-6th.CE-6th(boys)& CSE-4th(Girls) Won the match.
